You may belong to many communities without exposing yourself to all of them.

QUEXXEN's privacy model is built on user control. Unlimited membership does not mean unlimited exposure. Membership creates an option for support — not permanent access to the user.

A refuge is available to the user. The user is not exposed to the refuge.

Organizational Privacy Firewall

What Refuge Organizations do not receive.

A church should not automatically learn that a user belongs to a domestic-violence community. A mental-health organization should not automatically see signals sent to a neighborhood Refuge Site. A participating business should not receive access to private family contacts. The user decides which organization receives each signal.

Sponsorship Firewall

Sponsored does not mean surveilled.

A church, clinic, school, employer, municipality, nonprofit, or other institution may help fund QUEXXEN access, training, infrastructure, or response capacity. That does not give the institution automatic access to a user's private life.

  • · A substitute for qualified domestic-violence, mental-health, medical, youth, legal, or emergency professionals

Honest limits

No application can guarantee complete secrecy, prevent every misuse, or eliminate all digital-safety risks.

Specialized domestic-violence, youth, and vulnerable-person features will require consultation with qualified advocates, safeguarding professionals, privacy specialists, security experts, and legal counsel.
